• Harassment, threats, hateful abuse, or content intended to exploit, humiliate, or endanger others.
• Illegal content, fraud, impersonation, deceptive content, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Safety and Moderation

• We use automated moderation and safety systems to screen prompts and generation requests.
• We may block or refuse generation requests that are flagged by our safety systems or that we reasonably believe violate this Policy, our Terms, or applicable law.
• Attempts to evade, disable, test, reverse engineer, or bypass our moderation and safety systems are prohibited.

Enforcement

If you violate this Policy, we may:

• block a prompt or generation request,
• remove content,
• suspend or terminate your account,
• restrict access to paid features or payouts, and
• report unlawful activity where required.
